• Your routine keeps changing
When you are working from home, you get lenient and often disrupt your sleeping pattern by staying awake till late at night and which makes you lazy and unproductive for carrying out household chores and official work. Also, sometimes working for extra hours at home hugely impacts your energy levels.
So, To save yourself from burning out, make a fixed routine for working and also, sleep on time.
• You spend too much time on the phone
While being at home, obviously disconnects you with the outside world, and so you often spend endless time scrolling through social media accounts. This not only drains your energy but also the blue light from the phone messes up with the circadian rhythm of the body.
So, it is advised to keep your phone unattended during the day and use it only for 20-30 minutes during the break time.
• You get distracted from work
Distraction is one of the biggest reasons for not being able to finish work on time and get exhausted. Be it, children, spouse, or even household chores, while working from home, one thing or the other can easily disturb and distract you.
To avoid this, make a schedule and set separate time for family and work.
