But most of the people in this world hate rains as they bring with them huge power cuts and traffic jams.

1. Increased number of deaths due to starvation.The crops require a lot of water and their nutrition, which usually depends on the amount of humidity in the environment.And if it never rained, these crops will die irrespective of the high amounts of water you use for irrigation. As most of the people depend on crops for food, the cases of deaths due to starvation would have increased.
2. People had to survive in high temperatures.Rain falls; we all know it is a result of evaporation. Evaporation of water helps decrease the temperature. But if the rain never existed or stopped, evaporation would also stop, thereby increasing temperature.

3. You would have to pay higher amounts to drink water
   Yes, you heard that right.
   As we all know by now that if rains never existed, the temperature will increase.
   The high-temperature level will cause the water to dry, and if somehow the water is stored and retained, most of the companies would take the advantage and store that water and charge you in high amounts for drinking it

4. It would be very difficult t sustain the life of livestock animals
   Livestock animals like cattle need crops are their primary source of nutrition; also, they need large amounts of water to grow.
   If rains never existed , the crops and water would become very scarce, and it would become difficult to sustain the life of livestock animals.
