You can update your account information as follows:
- Login to your +You Club account.
- Click on the My Profile under My Account tab
- Update your account information.
5. If I don't use my +You Club account, will it be deactivated? Till when can I use the account?
If you have completed KYC your +You Club account will never be deactivated. You can access it for your lifetime. Just sign in and you can start where you left off right away!
If your KYC is not complete, you will still be able to use your account for one year. If after one year of opening an account, you have not completed KYC, then your account will be discontinued.

In your +you Club account, click on the "My Purchases" under My Account tab. Here, you can see all your purchased Gift cards & Coupons.
If it is locked, click on the "GET OTP NOW" button, enter the OTP from your registered mobile number, click on "VERIFY OTP" and view your details.
10. What should I do if I reach my purchase limit?
If you have not completed your KYC and have reached your monthly limit, then you can complete your KYC by clicking on the KYC button under My Account tab.
Once you have completed your KYC the monthly limit will be enhanced.
11. What is an Instant Discount?
You get an Instant Discount on Popular Brands, eCommerce Websites and Apps. You can buy a gift card at a discounted price and then simply add the Gift Card purchased to the wallet of the eCommerce company.
For example, if you purchase a Big Basket Gift Card worth ₹1000/-, you pay us only ₹950/- (there is 5% off on the Big Basket gift card). After your purchase, you will get a code and a pin that you need to type in your Big Basket wallet, to see ₹1000/- there.
12. How do I know the amount of cashback credited and my transaction details?
Once you are signed in, you can click on the "Transaction History" button under My Account tab to view all your credited cashback details and all your transaction details.
13. Maximum how many Gift Cards or Coupons can I purchase?
A person can purchase any number of Gift Cards and Coupons. There are no restrictions on the number of cards that you can buy.
14. Is there any maximum limit for buying a Gift Card?
Every Gift Card has its limit mentioned in the brand page. If you have not completed your KYC, you can make a limited purchase of up to ₹10,000 per month.
On completion of KYC, this limit will be enhanced.
15. Can I use my cashback to purchase another brand Gift Card?
You can use your cashback to purchase Gift Cards of another brand only. You cannot purchase a Gift Card of the same brand that you have availed the cashback from.

Yes. You need to create an account with your registered email address and mobile number in the +You Club Support Center to create a ticket.

On the +You Club homepage, Under SUPPORT, click on "Visit Support Centre".
Here, click on the "Create an Account" button. You will see an Account Registration form
Enter all the valid information in the form. Enter your +You Club registered email id and mobile number.
After you fill in all the details, click on the Register button. Your account will be created, and you will receive a confirmation email.
24. How will I know my Support Center account is created?
You will receive a confirmation email on your registered email id. You need to confirm your account by clicking on the link in the email to complete the registration. Only after confirming the account, you will be able to login to the account.
25. How to create a support ticket?

You need to first create an account to sign in to +You Club Support Center. If you try to sign in without creating an account, you will get the "Access denied" message.

30. What should I do if a Gift Card is not generated?
Your Gift Card will be generated within 15 minutes. If not, do not worry, the money will be credited to your +You Club account. You can redeem the amount to buy another gift card. If you continue to face any issue, then you can raise a ticket on the +You Club Support Center.
31. What happens if payment has been made from your account and the gift card is not generated?
If you make a successful payment and yet don't see a Gift Card, don't panic. The amount is safe with us in your +You Club account. You can check the same in Transaction History after 15 minutes. If you are still facing an issue, you can raise a ticket on the +You Club Support Center.
32. How much time will it take to get my refund?
If there are any discrepancies and a refund needs to be processed, then it will take 5 - 7 working days for the refund to be processed in the original source of payment.
The refund process will be initiated only after the ticket has been raised on https://tickets.flickstree.com/ by the customer with all the transaction and purchase details.

In the first step,
- Enter your Aadhaar Card number.

In the second step,
- Click your selfie and upload your photograph.
This completes the 2-step KYC process. Your KYC will be verified in 3 working days. You will receive a SMS regarding the status of your KYC on your registered phone number.

38. What is KYC? Why do I need to complete KYC?
KYC is 'Know Your Customer.' It is a verification process that allows +You Club to confirm and thereby verify the authenticity of the customer.
As per RBI Guidelines, Gift cards purchase will be permitted to an overall limit of Rs.10,000 per month. On completion of KYC, this limit will be enhanced.
39. What is the minimum amount of purchase that can be made without completing KYC?
You can make a purchase of up to ₹10,000 every month for a year without KYC completion.
40. What do I need to verify before submitting a KYC request?
- The name in +You Club should be matching to the KYC documents.
- The Aadhaar Card number and copy should be valid.
- Aadhaar card number in the Aadhar card copy submitted should not be masked.
- The selfie uploaded should be clear.
41. What documents are required to complete the KYC?
You need an image of a valid Aadhaar Card and a selfie of the person requesting KYC.
42. How long will it take for KYC verification?
KYC process takes around 3 working days for complete verification, and you will receive a confirmation SMS on your registered mobile number.
